1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Management
Each player is allowed to maintain only one (1) active account on WhaleJL. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.1 Registration Information
When you register on WhaleJL, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.
3.2 Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhaleJL login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — kahit best friend mo. WhaleJL will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be your responsibility, so make sure your login details are secure.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of our compliance obligations, WhaleJL may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases, a selfie for facial verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is done.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
WhaleJL supports the following Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered under your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly not allowed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method — check your account dashboard for current limits. WhaleJL does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on your chosen payment method and pending verification status. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, whenever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and the daily maximum is ₱100,000 unless a higher limit has been approved for your account tier.
Important: Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus balance before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
WhaleJL regularly offers promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, referral rewards, and cashback deals — are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion details, the standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ₱35,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
WhaleJL monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk on bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), or using automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and winnings forfeited.
5.3 Promotion Expiry
All promotional offers have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated promotional period will be removed from your account automatically. WhaleJL reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend any promotion at its discretion.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on WhaleJL — from poker and fishing games to live casino tables and jackpot slots — operate under their own specific ruleset. You are expected to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
6.1 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, WhaleJL reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagers to the player's account. Winnings that were generated as a result of a software bug or technical error are not valid and will not be honoured.
6.2 Disconnection Policy
If your connection is interrupted during a game, WhaleJL's system will attempt to complete the round based on the last recorded action. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnections on your end — so make sure you have a stable connection before playing, especially during high-stakes rounds.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden on the WhaleJL platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or exploit the platform
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker games
- Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods for deposits
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process illicit funds
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the WhaleJL platform or its games
- Creating accounts using false or another person's identity
- Attempting to exploit software bugs or game vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Accessing WhaleJL from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited
8. Privacy and Data Protection
WhaleJL takes your privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and gameplay is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

9. Limitation of Liability
WhaleJL provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted gaming experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, WhaleJL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings due to technical failures, delays in payment processing, or third-party service disruptions.
Our total liability to you in any dispute shall not exceed the amount deposited into your WhaleJL account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these WhaleJL terms and conditions, any remaining balance — including pending bonuses — may be forfeited. If no breach has occurred, your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completing any necessary compliance checks.

12. Amendments to These Terms
WhaleJL reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
